With 3D modelling, advanced processing equipment, experienced project management and a large-scale fabrication facility with exceptional trades people in Truganina, we deliver structural and architectural steel with precision from the first model to final installation on site.

  • Design development, fabrication and installation of complex structural steel packages for large commercial and infrastructure projects. Delivered with strict adherence to quality and programme requirements.

  • High-quality architectural steel fabricated and installed with a focus on accuracy, finish and coordination with surrounding trades, including façade, glazing and cladding systems.

  • Fabrication and installation of heavy temporary steel grillage systems, including all required quality and compliance documentation. ArcStructural meticulously plan logistics and install methodology inclusive of engineered erection sequencing and related temporary works.

  • Retention systems and strengthening steel integrated into existing structures and constrained sites, supported by detailed coordination and sequencing.

  • Modular steel solutions designed and fabricated to reduce on-site installation time, pre-assemble other trade elements, improve safety and accelerate programme on complex projects.

Melbourne Quarter Project

ArcStructural delivered complex structural and architectural steel across multiple stages of the Melbourne Quarter development, working within a tightly coordinated inner-city environment collaborating with tier 1 builders and interfacing trades. Early engagement, detailed 3D modelling and high quality fabrication supported accurate installation under challenging access, staging and program conditions. The project reflects ArcStructural’s ability to manage large, technically demanding steel packages with consistency, control and clear communication.
